EUROMAP 77 - Data exchange between injection moulding machines and MES
EUROMAP 77 describes the interface between injection moulding machines (IMM) and manufacturing execution systems (MES) for data exchange.
The first version has been released on 4 May 2018.
MES are used for collecting the information generated by IMM at a central point for easier quality assurance and job and dataset management. The target of EUROMAP 77 is to provide a unique interface for IMM and MES from different manufacturers to ensure compatibility.
Please note: Basis for all EUROMAP OPC UA specification is EUROMAP 83 with the definition of common types.
Please find below the specification and model files of the Release 1.01 (1 June 2020) which is identical to OPC 40077 (Release 1.01) and VDMA 40077:2020-06.
The major changes to EUROMAP 77 version 1.00(a) are:
- Namespace changed to http://opcfoundation.org/UA/PlasticsRubber/IMM2MES/
- Errors in NodeSet-file corrected
